CorbinPartners releases updated guidelines for survey sampling
Consumer surveys have long been relied upon as a tool of expert evidence. To ensure the reliability of survey evidence, one must ensure a sample that is defensibly close to being random and representative, and a sample size to achieve as small a margin of error as possible. To assist in this endeavor, CorbinPartners has assembled guidelines from different published authorities on sample size, margin of error and confidence level, and geographic distribution.
