Ruth Corbin speaks at TLA Ethics and Professionalism session

CorbinPartners Chair Ruth Corbin will be speaking on cognitive bias in the courtroom on Wednesday, October 19, in Toronto. Corbin will be presenting her own research on the topic, as well as moderating a judge’s discussion on the ethics of using cognitive techniques. The program also includes experienced lawyers and judges speaking on how they persuade, negotiate and decide matters in consideration of their own cognitive bias. The event is presented by the Toronto Lawyers Association.
