Ruth Corbin’s invited article on ‘Mediation Psychology’ published in Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal

The Summer/Fall issue of the Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal features an article authored by CorbinPartners’ chair Ruth Corbin, entitled “Mediation Psychology: Seven Science-based Insights”.

The article identifies key factors that shape people’s judgements in the course of mediation hearings, that may either assist or impede settlement.
